The Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® is a real estate trade association serving real estate professionals in the Forsyth, Stokes, Davie, and northern Davidson counties. As the "voice for Real Estate Industry in the Winston-Salem Regional Piedmont Area," WSRAR is one of the local associations of the National Association of REALTORS®, the largest trade association in the world, which represents real estate professionals and affiliates in both residential and commercial real estate and also property managers, lenders, attorneys, appraisers and others involved in real estate and allied professions.

The WSRAR was founded in 1917 as the Winston-Salem Real Estate Board; the mission of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® is to unite individuals who provide professional services in the transfer, use, enjoyment, and ownership of real property.

Under the umbrella of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® are the Multiple Listings Service, REALTORS® Commercial Alliance and the Property Management Division. Some of the Benefits of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® are:

Over the years the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® has received numerous awards and recognition for its achievements and accomplishments on the local, state, and national levels.
