| Attention keyholders: you will soon receive your annual keypad invoice from SUPRA (the envelope may say “UTC Fire & Security.”) The lease fee is $128.16 + tax. The due date is April 23, 2011. If you have insurance on your keypad, you will receive a separate invoice for the annual fee of $25. You may visit https://supraweb.suprakim.com for billing information 24 hours a day. New Tempo Support Site- Triad MLS has a new support utility to help our users get more out of Tempo. The address is http://support.triadmls.com. In addition to the help screens located within Tempo, this will offer you another avenue to easily access information regarding Tempo and give you the ability to search Knowledge base articles. In addition, you will be able to submit help ‘tickets’ online and even communicate live with a support representative via an On-line chat utility. All emails currently sent to helpdesk@triadmls.com are now routed through this support system so we have the ability to track and trend these as well. |
