Do I Need to Take Code of Ethics?
Yes. Any licensee who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® must complete Code of Ethics. This also includes practicing appraisers.
How Often Must I Take It?
The National Association of REALTORS® requires all members to take Code of Ethics training on a Biennial basis (once every two years).
When is the deadline?
The current cycle is from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018, meaning the last day to complete it is 12/31/18.
*REALTORS® who join the Association after January 1, 2017 and attend New Member Orientation have already fulfilled their Code of Ethics training requirement.
