Do I Need to Take Code of Ethics?
Yes. Any licensee who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® must complete Code of Ethics. This also includes practicing appraisers.
How Often Must I Take It?
The National Association of REALTORS® requires all members to take Code of Ethics training on a biennial basis (once every two years).
When is the Deadline?
The current cycle is from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020, meaning the last day for completion is 12/31/20.
*REALTORS® who join the Association after January 1, 2019 and attend New Member Orientation have already fulfilled their Code of Ethics training requirement.
