The CEO is our Chief Executive Officer and manages business affairs of our association as well as supervises and directs staff operations. In addition, the CEO executes decisions of the Board of Directors for WSRAR and its divisions.

Emma Sowder

Shared Local Government Affairs Director

Emma serves as the Shared Local Government Affairs Director for the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® and the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem. She initiates, develops and maintains contact with the Forsyth County Commission and Winston-Salem City Council. In addition, she monitors issues affecting REALTORS® and home builders on local, state and federal levels. Emma also provides support for RPAC request, Issues Mobilization and Calls For Action from NAR and NCAR.

Bonnie Antrim

Director of Finance

Bonnie serves as the chief accounting officer and manager of the membership database. She keeps all financial records for the Association and its divisions, including performing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions. She assists with the preparation of annual budgets and prepares monthly financial statements. Bonnie serves as the staff liaison to the Budget & Finance Committee, Bylaws Committee, Charitable Fund Task Force, Nominating Committee, and WSRAR Board of Directors. She processes membership renewals and resignations and assists with processing applications for new and transferring members. Bonnie is the point of contact for our membership records in the National REALTORS ® Database System and she ensures our membership data is accurate at the state and national associations. She also performs network and system administration duties.

Amanda Hobbs, e-PRO®

Director of Marketing & Industry Communications

Amanda oversees WSRAR’s external and internal communications. She edits the Association’s weekly reports and monthly Edge Newsletter. She acts as the website’s administrator and coordinates programs, events and volunteers of WSRAR’s community service projects such as Habitat for Humanity fundraisers, the Children’s Center Holiday Programs and other community outreach. Amanda is also the staff liaison for the RPAC, Housing Opportunity & Membership Development Committees.

Susan Jester, e-PRO®

Director of Professional Standards & Division Services

Susan is a certified NAR Professional Standards Administrator supporting the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. She serves as the administrative assistant to the Multiple Listing Service and the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance Board of Directors. Her position makes her the point of contact for new agents regarding MLS access. Additionally she works as the administrator and trainer for Supra Display Key and E-key and also maintains the company MLS roster and adds new MLS companies and agents to the Rapattoni database. Susan also works with the Home Inspector Committee and the Appraiser Task Force.

 Rachel Siler, e-PRO®

Rachel serves as the education and events director and works with the Education Committee and Young Professionals Network chapter to put on continuing education classes and membership events.  She also is responsible for recruiting companies for our member discount program.

Andrea Stone, e-PRO®

Administrative Assistant

Andrea receives the calls that come into the office and is responsible for greeting our visitors as well. She handles both sales and inventory for the REALTOR® Store and maintains the calendar and meeting schedules for the office. She also acts as the back up support for the handling of Supra products and serves as the Administrative Assistant to the CEO.
