Hello WSRAR members!

We at Catylist are so excited that to be partnering with WSRAR to provide your new CRE listing and marketing platform! If you have used Catylist in the past, you’ll find many new features and considerably more sales comps and parcel information.  The recent integration with Moody’s Analytics brings enhancements to the platform almost weekly, including analytics from REIS, also a Moody’s company.

We at Catylist pride ourselves with having the most up-to-date, comprehensive listing platform on the market, which in turn acts as a critical resource for you to run your business. But to provide that we must have the support of the brokerage community!

 Whether you subscribe to Catylist or not, we need your listings!  We make it easier than ever to maintain your listings with free admin accounts and monthly verification links emailed to both non-subscriber and subscribers.  Non-subscriber listings are automatically uploaded and visible to everyone on our national website for investors and tenants, Commercial Exchange.  Non-subscribers benefit with free exposure nation-wide to all Catylist subscribers. Please ensure we have your current listings by:

  • Come across a listing you believe we are missing? Please take a moment to drop our research department an email with the brokerage name at nc@catylist.com.  That will ensure we track that brokerage’s listings moving forward.

  • Does my entire office have to subscribe to Catylist?

No, individual brokers are welcome to join!

  • Do I have to be a member of WSRAR to subscribe to Catylist?

You do not have to be a member of WSRAR to subscription, however the partnership we have with WSRAR offers members a discounted price of $85/mo.  The non-member price is $125/mo.
